Having grown up in a small village in Croatia with a mother who insisted on preparing three, fresh meals every day for her family, Owner and Head Chef, Goran Perkunic was taught the importance of food from a very young age. From the ingredients, to the flavors, to the setting -  the power of gathering for a meal is at the heart of every menu Goran creates. And after 15 years in the catering industry, his passion for food and the collaboration process with his clients has only grown*. 

Specializing in private events and on-set production, GGC understands that the role a good meal can play is not to be underestimated. The language of food is universal and the better fed our clients, their guests and their employees are, the more memorable and pleasurable their experience will be.
